How To Purchase My Order On The Site?

To order your purchase: –

  4. After that, Click on the shopping cart on the top right of the corner to review your cart.
  5. Click ‘UPDATE CART’ if there is item missing in the cart or go back to the product and add again.
  6. Click ‘CHECKOUT’ and proceed to the summary of the Price
  7. Fill up your Delivery Information, or select your previous information.
  8. Fill up your Billing Information. or select ‘MY BILLING INFORMATION IS THE SAME AS MY DELIVERY’
  9. Enter Discount Code if any
  10. In Payment Method will display your order total, inclusive or discount and shipping cost (if any)
  11. Select your payment method
  12. Fill up Order comments if any
  13. Click on review order and proceed to the payment pages

If you require your package by a specific date, please make a note in the comment box and we will do our best to accommodate you. Shipping charges are based on shipping weight and shipping distance.

Return Policy

A return for all item may be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us immediately with your concerns. Jewelry should be unworn and accompanied by tags, cards, boxes and original packaging.

 
Items must be returned in the condition received. To ensure proper insurance coverage, all return shipments must go through January7.co. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded, and returns of customized or made to order items are at the seller’s discretion.
 
Return shipping costs are not subsidized and may be higher than the original shipping cost. To the extent that the EU Consumer Rights Directive (“CRD”) applies to you, you may have additional rights relating to returning items. To the extent the CRD applies (if you are a consumer based in the EU), you will be entitled to elect to use either the CRD or the seller’s policy in respect of returning a particular item.
 
The returned goods will be checked and the goods should be in the good condition. January7.co will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods, customer will received their refund within 3 days after the confirmation.
